In such cases, the result is still deemed delivered and no refund or replacement will be issued.

We are not responsible for delays, failed operations, or issues caused by inaccurate information entered by the user, or by factors beyond our control (e.g., supplier downtime, third-party API changes, carrier-side restrictions, force majeure).

Users must not submit stolen, blacklisted, or fraudulent IMEIs or attempt to misuse services. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and a permanent ban.
