All digital services are processed once payment is confirmed. Transactions are electronically logged, including order details, timestamps, and (where applicable) device/IMEI information.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute after successful delivery of credits or service may result in immediate account suspension. We provide proof of delivery (system logs, order history, credit usage) to payment processors in case of disputes.
If a user submits incorrect information (e.g., wrong IMEI, wrong carrier or model) and the order is processed according to the submitted data, related credits may be permanently lost depending on the service provider’s rules. Such outcomes are not eligible for refunds, as the system performed as requested.
Users are responsible for reading the requirements and notes of each service before ordering. Submitting an order indicates you reviewed and accepted the service prerequisites, risk, processing time, and potential outcomes.
